Проф. д-р Murat Arslan е специалист по акушерство и гинекология с насоченост към инфертилитета, лечението чрез ин витро оплождане (IVF), лапароскопската и хистероскопската хирургия и репродуктивната ендокринология. Завършва медицинското си образование в англоезичната програма на Медицинския факултет на Hacettepe University, след което специализира акушерство и гинекология в Медицинския факултет на Gazi University, а по-късно провежда клинична научна специализация в The Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School, в Norfolk. Започва академичната си кариера като главен асистент в Süleyman Demirel University и в Медицинския факултет на Mersin University, след което създава и ръководи IVF звена в Bursa Acıbadem Hospital, Bursa Medical Park Hospital, Bursa Pembe Mavi IVF Center и Bursa ART IVF Center, като междувременно получава званието доцент. Бил е ръководител на клиника, а по-късно професор в Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, след това ръководи IVF звеното в Acıbadem International Hospital и основава Momart IVF Center, преди да се върне в Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital през 2025 г. През 2016 г. завършва обучение по роботизирана хирургия Da Vinci в Acıbadem University. Научната му работа е насочена основно към резултатите от IVF, рецептивността на ендометриума и репродуктивната ендокринология, с голям брой международни рецензирани публикации и H-индекс 14 по SCI-Expanded. Член е на American Society for Reproduction Medicine (ASRM), European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), Асоциацията по ин витро оплождане и инфертилитет, Турското дружество по акушерство и гинекология, Дружеството по репродуктивна медицина и хирургия, Дружеството по репродуктивна ендокринология, инфертилитет и асистирани репродуктивни техники и Турската андрологична асоциация.
